This Privacy Policy explains what information Ship Optimizer Pro ("we", "us", or "our") processes when you use our Chrome extension, website, licensing system, checkout flow, and related services, why we process it, and how it is used.

| Verified WhatsApp mobile number | When you choose the WhatsApp reward flow and send the pre-filled verification message to our business WhatsApp number, we store the verified sending number to bind the one-time 7-day reward to your supplier account, prevent repeat claims, and support the connected account. |
| Reward and verification records | We store reward type, verification/claim timestamps, reward start/end dates, contact source, and anti-abuse identity hashes so each supplier account and verified contact can receive each promotional reward only once. |
| Payment transaction information | To verify purchases, activate plans, prevent duplicate entitlement application, and maintain payment records. This may include Razorpay order/payment identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, and related timestamps. |

We use the information above only to provide and operate Ship Optimizer Pro, including validating trial, Basic, and Pro access; generating and testing image variations; comparing shipping-cost results on Meesho; applying a selected image back to the Meesho listing when you choose to do so; processing purchases, upgrades, and renewals; preventing duplicate entitlement application; preventing trial and promotional-reward abuse; verifying an email or WhatsApp number when you explicitly start those reward flows; applying one-time 3-day Email Connect and 7-day WhatsApp rewards; sending transactional or account-related emails where applicable; providing support; and maintaining service reliability.
We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use. Ship Optimizer Pro's use and transfer of information received through the extension, Chrome extension APIs, and the Meesho Supplier Panel adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide or improve the extension's disclosed shipping-optimization purpose and closely related operational functions, and not for advertising, data-broker resale, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.

Account, verified contact, reward-claim, license, checkout, payment, and security records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accurate entitlement and transaction history, prevent repeat promotional claims and abuse, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and support users.
Short-lived email/WhatsApp verification tokens and temporary verification-session records are not treated as permanent contact records and may be deleted after they are no longer operationally needed. Successful verified contact and reward-history records may be retained for the purposes above.
Trial-abuse and security logs are retained only for operational and abuse-prevention purposes and may be deleted when no longer reasonably needed.
Product images are not stored on Ship Optimizer Pro servers.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect account, payment-status, and license information. Sensitive server credentials are not embedded in the Chrome extension. Payment authorization and entitlement changes are handled by server-side systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, but we work to limit access to data and use it only for the purposes described in this policy.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with your Ship Optimizer Pro account, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction-record obligations that require us to retain certain information.
You can stop using the extension at any time by disabling or uninstalling it from Chrome.
Ship Optimizer Pro is intended for business users and Meesho sellers. It is not designed for children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
